In order to fulfill our long-term development strategy, expand the scope of research, and enhance our service capabilities in line with our direction as a Biotechnology Expert, Chế phẩm vi sinh Đức Bình (the operating unit of the website chephamvisinh.vn) is pleased to formally announce the following official changes:

1. CHANGE OF TRANSACTION OFFICE ADDRESS

Effective from the date this announcement is issued, all in-person transactions, technical consultations, and goods coordination activities will be relocated to the new address.

  • New office address: Số 1B ngõ 774 Kim Giang, xã Thanh Liệt, huyện Thanh Trì, Hà Nội.

  • Unchanged information: The customer care hotline system, bank transaction accounts, tax information, and the official website (chephamvisinh.vn) remain unchanged.

2. BRAND IDENTITY UPDATE (LOGO & ICON)

The online brand identity system, including the Website interface, Fanpage, YouTube Channel, and communication materials, will officially operate under the new identity.

  • Changes: Updated design of the brand Logo and Favicon (browser display icon).

  • Design direction: The new logo aims for a minimalist, modern style optimized for digital display, reflecting the connection between sustainable microbial structures and green, organic agricultural development solutions.

⚠️ RECOMMENDATIONS AND NOTES FOR CUSTOMERS

To ensure your rights and the continuity of business transactions, please note the following 3 points:

  • Product quality: This change does not affect our legal commitments, product quality, or the microbial density of our core product lines (Probiotic Emzeo, Trichoderma Fungus, Original EM Solution, Septic Tank Treatment Yeast).

  • Packaging update timeline: Two (02) packaging formats (bearing the old logo and the new logo) will coexist in the market during the inventory turnover process at distributors. Both packaging versions are equally valid for circulation and of equivalent quality.

  • Data update: Distributors and suppliers are kindly requested to proactively update Đức Bình’s new address information in their order creation and shipping systems to avoid location errors.
